Log in problem to control panel on internet  en

dear All

I already 3 days finish to fed up unable to acces / Log in to control panel @ internet

always : Wrong username and/or password 

I read many article, change admin name, password,credentials

load to hosting

useless,

try to connect to hosting with other software does that work?

Can it be that firewall or virus scanner is blocking connection?

Check with your host if there has been some changes. Are you sure adress is correct? Caps in password or adress or login?

It's always best to try and debug and find where exactly it goes wrong.

Do you have an older version of x5 or from the project, does that work?

It can be lot's of things, your pc, the network, firewall, x5, your host, like i said, try to debug to get closer to the problem.

It's difficult to advice in this remotly with only knowladge of password or login wrong.

Hi!

Have you correctly used the login credentials you find for the Administrator user on Step 1 - Settings > Advanced > Access Management >Users?

Already tried 2 different browser result is the same

stopped firewall and I don't use virus software at this moment result is the same

older version I dont have all updated last

Host is Ipage 

yes I use : Administrator user on Step 1 - Settings > Advanced > Access Management >Users?

as like attached photo

I totally delete all files from host by filezilla

and reload again with X5

trough Ipad also X5 manager application not able to enter

no solution yet

keep trying

Finally, I try to solve with IPAGE

within a few minutes they solved

and said: "It was the file permission issue and I have reset it. The issue won't be repeated."

on the other hand 24 hour live chat is the best service from Ipage 

problems are solving always immediately

Hope to you launch the same service soon.
