Do you mean the wording, 'Choose file... No file chosen'?
If so, then that is browser dependent... not anything to do with WebSite X5.
The wording will be different depending on the browser and language which each of your visitors is using to browse your website.

This is displayed in the language of the browser and cannot be controlled from Webistex5, because it is an element of the browser and operating system.
