Deposit on a purchase

I currently list a number of courses listed on our site, each course requires the learner to purchase the course at a cost of £200.....however, I would like to allow the learner to pay a 25% deposit instead of the full amount.
is there a way that I can list a course at £200 but allow the learner to pay (via paypal) only 25% of the full cost? i.e. £50........then pay the remaining value (£150, in this case) on the first day of the course.

In the shop you could state the price, and add an option to the product called Deposit then use price difference (-150??) to allow payment of the deposit.
