I have successfully launched a couple of websites using the built in ftp but I am trying to do one now and it is just not working.

If I go to my Globalscape CuteFTP 8.3 the X5 files show up as a BWS file and Incomedia web file. I have tried uploading them here but it is also not working?

I am feeling very frustrated can anyone help me please with the ftp using CuteFtP I would be so grateful for any assistance thank you
