I have just purchased the vimeo gallery (which is free) and downloaded it but can't find it in the program

I have just checked again - several of the objects I have purchased - and are showing purchased in the marketplace - are not showing up in my objects management.

Incomedia - I did change my email address - which you kindly handled ofr me - would that have anything to do with it?

Try updating the Object List in the Object Management screen:

You then need to 'install' the Objects within WebSite X5.

If you still can't see the Objects you purchased then just let us know and we'll ask Incomedia to take a look at this directly for you.

No - that didn't work. But, thanks, you pointed me in the right direction. 

I went to list view all categories and the various objexts that were missing have "ready to install" - that works.

Mr/Ms Incomedia's instructions are a little vagues on the subject :(

Glad you got it resolved, Duncan.  It does cause a bit of confusion at times.

Objects that you purchase will normally be located in the 'Licenced' section of the Objects Management screen.  Sometimes the object list needs a refresh.  I believe (although I haven't tested to confirm conclusively) that the object list is also refreshed during startup, which is why some users find the purchased Objects after closing and restarting WebSite X5.
