Hello özay,

This is really a matter for your webhost.  Only they can advise you with 100% certainty as to what your FTP address is.

However, having done some investigation, I suggest the following:

• ftp.sancakaydinlatma.com.tr
• 94.73.144.70

Either of those should work, but if they do not then you need to ask your webhost what your 'FTP address' is, and then enter this information into the relevant field in Step 5 of WebSite X5.

The 'Destination Folder' (Hedef Dizin) can be left blank, unless you require to upload into a sub-folder within the root folder of your webspace on the server.  If uploading to a sub-folder then set the 'Destination Folder' to the path of the sub-folder on the server.

As a priority you need to confirm with your webhost beyond all doubt what your FTP Address is.

There is little point in proceeding further until you have a definitive answer to that question.

Once you have set the correct FTP Address in Step 5 then you can use the button highlighted in the screenshot below, to explore the files and folders on your server:

When you have located the folder that you want to export your WebSite X5 project to, then copy the server path into the 'Destination folder' field.
