Anchor problem

When I connect to an Anchor in a page then I don't see the first lines of the article. In previous versions that was not a problem.
And now in all the websites that occurs.
In the last website I made I have solved this by makeing a new textframe a placing the anchor there before the original textframe

... als je de Sticky Bar gebruikt, moet je natuurlijk een marge creëren, zoals je deed, anders is het niet nodig ...
... als alternatief kunt u EXTRA-code gebruiken ...

I can not remember that I activated the sticky bar in the latest version. In older versions there was no problem.

... in feite als je door de pagina scrolt, blijft het menu vast, bovenaan ...
