The error message "The licence key is already been assigned" can be caused by the following reasons:

1. The licence code has already been assigned to another user. In this case you should open a private message on Answers and provide your licence key.

2.You are asking for a new unlock code with a different e-mail address. You need to use the same one you used during the initial registration of your license. In this case you should request a new unlock code using the same e-mail address supplied during the first installation.
