I had WebsiteX5 version 11 prof and there were no problems with blog page.
I have installed the latest version WebsiteX5 evo and now blog page is no longer visible.
Blog page shown on preview but not after upload of the web site.

Newer versions of WebSite X5 require a minimum of PHP version 7.1 to be installed and configured correctly on the server:
What are the minimum requirements for the server?
Does your server comply with these requirements?

My provider only supports PHP5.3 on the server, at an additional cost. It's a pity that I bought the latest version Website X5: I wanted the best, but it turned out to be a step back.
Newer versions of WebSite X5 have to make use of the most recent versions of PHP to keep the software secure and operating efficiently.
I am rather surprised that your webhost is even offering PHP 5.3 as an option? Personally I feel that is wholly irresponsible.
PHP 5.3 reached "end-of-life" in August 2014, over six years ago. There has been no support, security updates or fixes since then.
