What are the languages offered by/with Language choice object?

Hello Stefan,
The languages are user-definable... you can choose them yourself, with a maximum of eight in total.

In manual there is a point about List of the available languages. I could not find an explicit wording about having an opportunity to chose languages by myself.
I am happy to hear the reality you described.
