Hello. As far as I can see, you are trying to open a project in 2020.3.7. Unfortunately, you cannot import a project made in 9 version in 2020.3.7. First, you need to open the project at least in version 11, save it =, and then open it in 2020. More detailshttps://helpcenter.websitex5.com/it/post/154023

I bought 2020 as that was advised by someone. Now I have to buy 11 just to import into 2020? Can I send you my project and can somone at Summitsoft save into 11 and send back to me so I can import into 2020?
"Now I have to buy 11 just to import into 2020?" - no.
"Can I send you my project and can somone at Summitsoft save into 11 and send back to me so I can import into 2020?" - Company employees can help you. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hi Jess,
thank you for getting in touch.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to import projects from version 9 into the new one. It is of course possible for us to convert the file into an iwzip, however the version switch in this case is huge. Because of this, parts of the project may not be converted correctly. My suggestion is to start off with a new project, possibly by using one of the included templates, which are models for complete websites. In this way, you would be able to directly work on structures which are conceived for the new version, and the final result will surely look better and more professional.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Kind regards.
Jess, everything Elisa says is absolutely true.
However, if the amount of content in your v9 project justifies it I would be happy to (try) convert your v9 iwzip to v11 or later for import into v2020.3
Contact me via www.esahc.com or if the file is small enough, simply email the iwzip directly to me.

Thank you for your support, but I re-did the entire site (300 pages LOL) into the new version.....
Again, thank you.
Smart move. Well done!
