E-mail form doesnt work  en

I addes an email form to my website. But when i try to send an email, it shows some errors. I looked up to their solutions but it still doesnt work.

there could be many reasons for failure. First of all, we need the error message.

error code is 404.3

Hello.What is your PHP version? I recommend 7.2-7.4. Try different email sending settings.
