Website X5 Pro keeps locking up

All of a sudden, my X5 Pro version 2020.3.7 keeps locking up when I am working on a page with 20 items.
If I delete a few or move a few around, the system locks up and I have to use Windows TaskManager to shut it down.
I then have to delete the whole page and redo the complete page. After all has been put back in it works as long as I don't do anything to that page. If I try and do a Responsive Display Order it freezes up again and the whole thing has to be done again.
I bought Pro so I hoped it would perform better than EVO - I am starting to wonder now.
Any help would be appreciated as I am losing my hair.. LOL

Check if you don't have empty spaces in your project, these can play tricks on the behavior of x5 it's recommended to not have any (white spaces) in pages in your project.

Thanks Andre, I appreciate your help. I am redoing my whole site to get rid of blank spaces, which I have all over the place. LOL
Hope this will now solve my problem. Thanks again.
If you had many it can definatly be a cause, if not let us know.
Use html object if not otherwise solvable, but you can use margin button on every object to get space on any side or alaignement option in there this is the best standard solution for this.
