Contact form doesnt work corectly

Good evening. Please I need a help. When I put a attachment in contact form on my web, so I received e-mail from my web, but in e-mail is ONLY attachment - no text. Example : no data in name, no data e-mail my client, no data phone. I receveid ONLY attachment. When is not put attachment, so I receveid this data. I dont understand. Please help me. I have evo version 2020.3.4

Hello. Do you have the option to update the program to 2021.2.5? Try changing your PHP version to 7.4.

I try it, but doesnt work. It is a problem still. Where could be a problem?

I resolved this problem, I gave to send by csv format too. there are information about client. Have a nice day. Thanks
