In the management of the shopping cart, I decided to go with a set availability and a qty of 1 (instead of the green aprrox qty). Given that there should be only one such product on sale on the website, I was expecting the system to update the database once and order and its payment would have gone through, but it seems you can buy the product again as opposed to the qty moving from 1 to 0.

In other words, the system does not seem to be able to manage the quantities of products automatically, which is a problem as it means products on the website will still be available to purchase even though there was only one available, until I manually update the product in the shopping cart by setting the product on "out of stock".

Is this a bug or does the system not manage quantities of products automatically?
