Making page length longer (top to bottom)

I have discovered that one of my webpages is so long that at the bottom area the horizontal side bars appear, which is not desired. Apparently it must consider this the END of the page. Due to this when I am scrolling down the vertical side menu gets covered by the bars on the side.
I am attaching some screen shots in JPG...

Suggestions on how to increase the length of this page?

Hello.It seems that you have something set in the Row Format.
(It > En)... you have assigned an image (bg.jpg) (1x3998px)! background "tile" with repetition, here:
Page Background ... ( 
Reference: Page section selection options )
