Ecommerce merchants/payment gateway query

I have been asked to build a website to sell vaping products. I am struggling to find a merchant/payment gateway that will support these products. PayPal is no go and I think World Play are also one to avoid. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Why Paypal was not a good solution for this kind of products... It is not forbidden to sale vaping products if products are legal on the market (no drugs or something like that)
If there is a restriction it is not the payment gatewaysolution the issue, but the company chart.
