Thank you, I have the same settings... The quantity field is shown, but not the quantity itself. If the quantity in stok is 0, "Product not available" is shown correctly. If the product is available, the green light is on correctly, but as described before, the quantity is not show.

If you have set in your shop at the product (step 1, shopping card) the availability, it will show that, if you set another product approximate then it will show that, it can differs for every product.

Is the setting is step 1 correct for the shop item?

If all is correct but  you have recently changed it, try refreshing webbrowser onsite with ctrl-F5

And still there is only [Quantity] shown in the browser instead of the number (which slould be 8 in this case).

Does it work for other products? or do you have none on all products where you have set stock quantity?

check php settings at your host (if you are not using host from website x5, see that is set to 8.0 at least.

Are you sure, your database settings are correct? (if not using website x5 host)

Hi Andre, the php version was indeed set to a lower version, but after setting to 8.0 and refreshing the page (even the next day) it still doesn't work.

I have more products set like this, none shows the actual value.

It looks like the database connection works well, as when the quantity in stock gets to 0, my page correctly shows "out of stock".

maybe share a website adress and give info about which product is set and not shown correctly?

At my test site ( i recently checked for you) it works as it should.

Some products on the same page are out of stock, which is shown correctly.

It realy looks like the database connection is faulty.

If you press in the shop (step1) the update button, do you get a pop up with download completed succesfully?

Do you have your own provider or the provider from X5?

I found out what the problem was.

Someone was too active when translating to my languate (Czech). 

Tha translation was like this:

And should be:

It's necessary to preserve the word [QUANTITY] untranslated.

Now it works fine.
