Responsive Settings Line Breaks

I cannot insert a line break bewteen to rows of objects. How do I get around this?
See screen shot attached. Objects in red circle.

to the left of the objects is another object that spans all three lines. this prevents the line break. if possible, split it up so that there is one object per line and it should be possible.

The build up of page and object can prevent line breaks (they get blocked) you need to reatange the page differently.
