Hello there, I have a domain that is hosted on a small server. The actual version is made with Website X5evo software. I want it hosted by Incomedia. The URL is www.thaiwi-inc.nl. The site is online but not via www.thaiwi-inc.nl, but like thijs-f.websitex5.me/thaiwi-inc.nl. This adres is not known to visitors. Where or how can I change the URL to the simple and straight forward www.thaiwi-inc.nl?

The one you mentioned is the automatic third level domain included with the WebSite X5 Hosting. If you want to change domain, you can buy one from another provider, if you still don't have one, as we unfortunately don't provide second levels domain ourselves yet, then you can set up a redirect to your webspace by following this guide: https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002248715
