I am new to this. So I want my customers to understand everything. How can I translate the shopping basket and the payment information. I have manage to translate some of it, but not all.

You can actually click on the pencil symbol in the language management, directly under "1 Settings" in the "General" tab on the right-hand side next to the "Language of the website" field. In the following window "Language Center" you can search for the text to be changed and then change it. If necessary, you should export, delete and re-import the language file so that the changes are applied.
