John, does this apply to new pdf files or pdf files that worked up until now? If you have not done so already, has your PC been restarted (in case a Windows Update is incomplete), and if you can add the pdf but it will not display try ctrl+preview.

Are you using the pdf file viewer object, or are you simply adding a link to a pdf so when the user clicks it the pdf is displayed using the users PC resources?

Could you provide a screen shot of the configuration page?

John, the pdf object should be in data visualisation

If it is not, click manage,

Then click Update the Library

Scroll to Data Visualisation, selectPDF file and then install

It will now be available in WX5
