How to fill this gap

Hi, it´s a horror for me, to understand the scaling of the images.
How can I say:
"in all responsive modes, I wish that the blue image scales automatically, to close the gap to the footer?"
Hope anyone can help me.
Perhaps with a tutorial in german or english?

You have to decide, either you post in English in the English forum or German in the German forum. It is inconvenient to send everything through the translator and reply.
So we can't tell you what's wrong if you don't tell us where the image is embedded. But background images are not scaled, only foreground images!

OK, sorry.
Das Bild ist im "Zeilenstiel" eingebunden, da ich den Paralaxen Effect haben wollte.
Ist denn zu verstehen, wie das Image auf die Seite skaliert wird?
Ich habe es zuletzt mit nur 2 Zellen in vertikal versucht, aber es bleibt zur Fußzeile immer diese hässliche Lücke.

ps. Wenn ich das Bild nicht im Zeilenstiel einsetzte, sondern als Bilddatei:
a. auch hier skaliert es ohne meinen Einfluss und lässt zur Fußzeile eine riesen Lücke
b. ich kann kein 2. Bild darüber legen
c. wie bekomme ich denn auf dieses Bild einen Text?

Wenn du die Lücke nicht haben willst, musst du unter der Struktur des Templates den Seiteninhalt von der Höhe kürzen!
