What codes HTML should I prescribe to banners stood at the center? My site www.miart-gallery.ru. Banners are located at the bottom, below the basement.

That is how you spell "CENTER" in HTML it is not a mistake!!

But the validator gives an error and says that this decision is out of date
and it must be grating through CSS. We can in this Designer
create CSS files?

They are NOT deprecating the "CENTER" Tag in HTML5.....
