Like you can see I have already developed many custom payment plugins for WSX5.
PayFast is not already included. Few weeks ago for another user I had checked their website to see the "how to".

Payfast is from DPO Group.
And to be honest I have not found very good and interesting documentations or software parts

Here https://github.com/DPO-Group You will see their sharing... Just few codes for fews solutions. 
BUT never I found their PHP package and documentaion to create by yourself a custom payment.

If you have more links I will check... But nothing guaranted !
