Thanks for reviewing my problem.

I can't get into the admin panel. I don't ever remember setting up the admin panel.

There's no option there for "forgot your info?" or to set up a "new password/userid." So I don't know which email/userid is pre-associated with the login.

This is a client site. So I tried the email/password associated with my Incomedia account which is my email/userid, but they did not go through.

Please help!

So you need to create an user access to have an access to the admin panel

I was not able to complete the email test.

When I clicked the Send button, it would not activate.

Please see attached.

(I did not click "Download" or "Choose File.") 

Here is an image of the Contact Form content.

Temporarily, I am using my email address (not the client's so that I do not inconvenience her with all the testing.)

I have been running multiple tests on the contact forms since Friday, including submitting them, but they are not generating any emails.

Thanks, Axel, for bringing my attention to this WX5 setting feature.

During this problem, I have also been in constant contact with the hosting company.

Last night, they finally found the problem--the website has malware. 

I will work on getting it removed with the help of the hosting company.

WSX5 has a malware. Please can cou you clarify this point because it is very important for all users & Incomedia to understand better this issue.

Do you mean that one or more WSX5 file has been infected by a malware !!!!

Please can you share here thes file names found by your provider and malware name. Every technical information is important for all

Hi, Axel.

Basically, the Contact Forms on this particular website are not generating Form Submission emails. After several conversations with the hosting company, it determined that there is malware.

Sorry I cannot tell you more about the malware because I asked the hosting company to "reset" the account (remove all the old files). After that I uploaded/transferred (FTP) the files again to the server. 

I have run tests on the contact forms on the new site a few hours ago. So far, they are still not generating the emails. It is my understanding that sometimes it can take several hours for certain changes to propagate (process) in the system. So I'm still hoping for a positive outcome.
