When someone writes a review is there a way to automate a response to that person to thank them for writing a review. At the moment after the review has been sent the persons ends up on the home page.

Hello. As far as I know, at the moment, this cannot be done.

Perhaps you could suggest it as an idea. I find the ecommerce programme quite good but it does need to keep up with others suchas Shopify etc..
Perhaps you should look for an online review service that can be integrated with any site by pasting the code.
Something like Disqus, but not for comments, but for reviews.
