Modulo di contatto – Non funziona più

Buongiorno,
vorrei segnalare che non funziona più il modulo di contatto.
Io non ricevo l'e-mail dai clienti e gli utenti non ricevono l'e-mail di conferma.
Il mio PHP è 7.4
Vi invio anche lo screen con la configurazione della sezione Invio dell'Oggetto Modulo di Contatto.
Mi trovo in una fase fondamentale della mia attività e di conseguenza gradirei ricevere una risposta sollecita e una risoluzione efficace al problema.

If emails were working before, then I would start by going to your admin page (https://example.com/admin). Go to 'website test' and check for any issues there. If PHP is between 7.1 > 8.0 and 'PASS' for everything else, then next I would use the email test at the bottom.

Nel frattempo ho risolto il problema usando nel Passo 5 l'opzione "Esporta il Sito su Internet" invece di "Esporta il Sito".
Purtroppo non posso collegarmi alla pagina dell'amministratore (admin page) usando l'username e la password che mi ero scritto o i dati presi dal Passo 1 => Impostazioni => Gestione accessi. Probabilmente per risolvere questo problema dovrò scrivere un altro post o hai qualche soluzione da suggerire?

I'm glad you have resolved the first problem.
You should really create another post, or refer to the tutorials. But I'll give you a shortcut :o)
On the access configuration (Step 1) hit the refresh icon at the top. This should sync the data from the hosting server. Then modify your admin account. After, upload the changes. This should fix the problem.

Purtroppo non ho risolto il problema dell'accesso alla pagina dell'amministratore (admin page) /admin/login.php. Non trovo l'icona ricarica (refresh icon) e quindi non posso applicare il tuo suggerimento. Allego lo screen della parte superiore della finestra Gestione Accessi (Passo 1).

Ah, this must be a restriction of Evo.
Are you able to edit the existing admin account? If not, try creating another admin account, then upload.
This should fix it. Let me know how you get on?

Ho risolto semplicemente collegandomi al pannello Admin da Microsoft Edge invece che da Google Chrome. Da Microsoft Edge tutto funziona senza problemi, da Google Chrome purtroppo no.
That's odd. I just tested one of my website admin pages with Chrome. It worked without any problem.
Check that you are not using some kind of private browsing option, that cookies & scripts are enable, and that you don't have any addon's that might block the process in Chrome.
If all else fails, then try resetting the Chrome settings back to default.
MS Edge is Chromium, which is basically Chrome lol.

Ho aggiornato nome utente e password nelle Impostazioni (compilazione automatica) di Chrome e tutto funziona bene.
