Fixed menu in the header

I wish to change our web site so the menu at the top of the page is constant.
At present when anyone scrolls done the page the menu changes to the hamburger menu, I want it to remain at the top of the page in the button format. Please could anyone advise on how this is achieved?

Vai em MODELO / BARRA STICK / CONTEÚDO e aumente o campo usado pelo menu e vai resolver.
