Website updated files not showing on main home page url

Please advise here, if l update files on home page they don't show on the main page URL (elitegadgetlink.com) but they only show when there is an extension (/index.jsp) after .com.
Kindly advise

Normally, WebSite X5 does not create JAVA based websites, at least not that I know of.
