I have created an order form using Aida which works well apart from the fact that you cannot do anything with the data. I have an order form in an excel spreadsheet which would be great if I could embed it into a form so that a customer could complete the spreadsheet and then submit it as an order.
Does anyone know if this can be done.
Thanks

perhaps I did not understand...
but you cannot have the excel file downloaded from your site
and then ask users to attach it to the form

Let me put it another way Claudio. I want to create an order form that resembles an excel spreadsheet. I have an order form but it is an excel spreadsheet and I am trying to find out if there is a way that the order form can be embedded into a web page and a customer can complete the form and send it to me. I don't think it can be done but I am reaching out in case onyone has doen something similar.
You could use a PDF.
With a PDF editor you can make a PDF in which you can fill in data. And then do as Claudio told - make a link where a customer can download the editable PDF - fill it out and then send it as an attachment via a contact form.
INCOMEDIA has the Ashampoo® PDF Pro here: https://www.incomedia.eu/en/ashampoo-pdf-pro.php
One of the features:
It has a reasonable price and it is on discount now.
if you make the form by enabling the 'attach data in CSV' option ... that file will be importable directly into Excel...
that's what I do...
