Installing proplems ws x5 manager on ws x5 pro 2023.1

I try to install ws x5 manager on website x5 pro version 2023.1

I am sure that I use my correct username and password; actually i resetted my password! But at the moment that i try to add the website on the phone app, I always receive the message of an incorrect username and password

Pls. could you tell me what I am doing wrong or what could be wrong with the username or password

If that doesn't help, try changing your password and/or login. Use only English letters, no spaces or special characters.

The username and password you need to use to log in are the ones referred to the Administrator user you find in WebSite X5 on Step 1 - Settings > Access Management > Users.
