Images in the blog cannot be resized after updating to version 1.5

Hello, I have the following problem: I cannot change the size of the images in the blog. By default, it is set to 400x300. When I change it, e.g. to 1024x768, the size remains unchanged. The problem appears only after updating WSX5 to version 1.5.

I just tested it and the enlarged image gallery had blurry photos. Then I clicked on the lock (see screenshot) so the line is dashed, now the big images in the image gallery are sharp.
