Hello, I would like to know,how can I link a page of my website within a link on a page from the 'Menu Bar". but, the linked page would not be from the "Menu Bar" pages. thank you,

You mean a button to an outside link/website?
Insert a "LEVEL" instead of a page in the Sitemap Creation then go to "PAGE PROPERTIES" for that level (Top right Icon) and insert whatever link you want! (Tick: Hide the dropdown menu for this level)
