Cannot Insert Link in Text Objects

Hi Team,
I have just upgraded to Website X5 Evo 2023.2.6 on Windows 11 and have noticed that Insert Link is now disabled in all Text Objects. It used to be enabled and existing Text Object have working links. Am I doing something wrong?

The link function in the text object works, but a text must first be marked.
An image can also be linked, but here too the image must first be inserted and marked before it can be linked.
