Hello, WebSite X5 Community!

I hope this post finds you all well.

I am the owner of a 부산출장마사지 (Busan Outcall Massage) service, a business providing therapeutic massage services to customers at their preferred locations within the Busan area in South Korea. My business model revolves around delivering top-quality, personalized wellness experiences directly to my clients.

I have been using Website X5 for some time now and I am extremely happy with its user-friendly interface and versatile options. However, as my business grows, I'm finding that my scheduling needs are becoming more complex.

Specifically, I am seeking a way to integrate an efficient online booking system that will:

  1. Allow clients to book services directly from my website, choosing their preferred service type and therapist.
  2. Adjust for travel time and therapist availability.
  3. Send confirmation and reminder messages to both clients and therapists.
  4. Incorporate a payment system that can process transactions immediately upon booking.

Ideally, I would also like to include features that enable me to track customer preferences and history, as well as collect and respond to feedback.

Has anyone in this community developed similar functionality for their Website X5 site, especially within the wellness sector? Any guidance, tips, or plugin recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help

Regards

Hi there,

thank you for getting in touch.

For the reservation of the service and for displaying the therapists' availability, you can use these two Objects:

https://market.websitex5.com/it/oggetti/anteprima/37d744d8-1b56-41fa-a249-10736bf1bfc

https://market.websitex5.com/it/oggetti/anteprima/31b6e000-3662-43c4-aa42-ba65c11150

However, it isn't unfortunately possible to manage payment upon booking or send regular reminders, I am sorry about that.

Thanks! Kind regards.

You could take a look at the LuxCal calendar. https://www.luxsoft.eu/

It has booking features. It has categories and sub-categories.

A category could be a Therapist. A sub-category (12 available for each category) could be a preferred treatment.

The category (therapist) could be set up to not allow overlap. It can be set up how much gap (in minutes) there should be added when availability is checked (time to prepare for a new client). This way it can be handled how much time is booked for the client and how much time in all for an event.

In the calendar is different views. A view that can show bookings/events for each category/therapist is possible.

There is displays that is perfect for mobile views. A display can be set up to show all bookings or to show bookings only for a specific category/therapist. This way the therapists can have their own calendar/display on their mobile. Nothing to install - only a link to the display.

The category can be set up for events to be approved. Then a booking will be booked in the calendar but will not show up before it is approved by a manger (that could be the therapist). From the event a mail and/or a SMS can be sent. An event (the booking) can be set to automatically send mail and/or SMS xx days before the event/booking is starting.

BUT - all about payment must be made manually.

And - important - the calendar is totally free. So just install and investigate the calendar. I suggest you use the SQLite version. If you have questions then use the calendars forum to ask questions and you will be helped. You will either be contacted by a user that can help, or most often - by the authors that have made the calendar.

I have just set up a link to this sort of service on an X5 site that I manage. The service is called Vcita and it is based in the USA. It does all that you are asking for but is NOT free. (it's about US$60 per month for the plan I use). It syncs with a Google Calendar as well.

You can't add a widget for this service on an X5 site but I used the Hover Button to provide the link. You can check it out on www.mindcare.nz by clicking on one of the "Let's Chat" buttons or similar. It will take you to the Vcita Portal. Don't book anything, or it might charge you!

I can help you with how I set it up, as it took a lot of work to understand the Vcita setup, even though they have a lot of tutorial videos.
