Changing to a laptop

Currently I am using the WebSitex5 evo software on a Mac (via Parallels/Windows software)- but I am now experiencing so many issues. Hopefully it's Windows and not WebSite X5 problem!
I am now thinking the impossible - buying a Windows laptop!
Does my my current licence allow me to use my software on a new laptop or do I have to upgrade my licence?
Ideally I would like the option of being able to access Website X5 from my desktop as well as my new laptop.
What do I need to do?

The program can be installed and used on 2 different computers at the same time.
The backup copy of the project with the extension .iwzip can be sent back and forth between the two computers.
It just needs to be the same version of Website X5 so that the projects can be sent back and forth between both computers and edited.
