I use the Gallery object to display 24 images each month in my website (https://porlocktowncrier.uk/phonebox.html). They are replaced each month by a new set. I 'remove' the current images and then 'add' the new images in the object/website editor.

I have discovered that all the old images are still stored within the project. I have not found a way to purge the old images. They are no longer required in the website, but are always uploaded. As a result the website is getting very large with all these extra images being uploaded and stored on my host. Am I missing something or is this an anomaly of the Gallery Object?

I have tried many ways, including removing the object, saving the project, then adding the object again and starting again. This does not resolve the issue of the old images. I have tried the 'Optimise the website' but there does not appear to be a way of just deleting images from the project.

I hope that explains my issue?  Any advice gratefully received.... Grant
