I am attempting to set up a members area, but the login/logout object does not appear as an available object. Do I have to download this as an optional extra?

If it is not in the list, then select it in the Marketplace. As far as I know it's free.

Unfortunately not available for my version of WSX5 (2021.2.8).
Maybe the Incomedia staff have a link for the old version.
Incomedia employees are normally online during office hours in Italy, Monday to Friday.
