Problème url canonique search console

Malgré l'aide de tous les posts à ce sujet et mes diverses tentatives, je n'arrive pas à solutionner mes problèmes d'indexation pour mes nouveaux projets (Search Console).
Au fur et à mesure de mes tests de validation, j'ai ce type de messages :
page détectée non indexée, page en double sans URL canonique sélectionnée par l'utilisateur, autre page avec balise canonique correcte...
Ex. pour ce site :
Dans toutes mes pages ('Accès' est l'index), sauf la page 'Accueil' (que je souhaite déclarer url canonique), j'ai inséré ce code (avant fermeture balise head) :
<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.domainedelaperpreze.fr/accueil_domaine_de_la_perpreze_terrasses_du_larzac.html" />
--> Rapport Search console : 3 pages dans l'index, 8 pages non indexées et les raisons (voir schéma)
Un expert peut-il m'aider pour m'indiquer de façon simple, si possible :
- le code à insérer ou pas dans la page qu'on veut canonique
- le code à insérer dans toutes les autres pages

Tu as peut être de la canibalisation de mots clés. Soit plusieurs pages en concurrence car contenu très similaire, pour un même classement.

Thanks Axel but it doesn't help me any more.
I have been working on the subject for many months without understand what I need to do in WX5, the software that doesn't require any special skills for our projects to be referenced correctly!
And hundred hours and dozen of pages by searching didn't make nothing for me.
All my new projects are affected by this s***** canonical url, which is impossible to write correctly in each page of the project, and I haven't found this subject in the software help.
How do users manage this problem with a simple explanation? Simple, it means for me... and maybe the others like me, without any IT development knowledge

Les problèmes causés par des adresses Web en double par http et https ou avec www et sans www peuvent être résolus à l'aide du fichier .htaccess.
Le problème avec la page d'accueil est souvent que Google trouve ici 2 versions, une fois l'adresse Web https://example.de/ puis à nouveau https://example.de/index.html avec le même contenu. Donnez à la page d'accueil une balise canonique pour https://example.de/index.html
Parfois, la Search Console signale des erreurs même s’il n’y a aucune erreur.
En règle générale, vous n'avez pas besoin d'une balise canonique si vous n'avez pas de pages en double.
Si vous souhaitez vous épargner le stress lié aux balises canoniques, vous devez éviter les pages dont le contenu est trop similaire et laisser la sélection à Google.
C'est mon point de vue personnel à ce sujet.

Probleme, die durch doppelte Webadressen mit http und https oder mit www und ohne www entstehen, können mit der Datei .htaccess behoben werden.
Das Problem mit der Homepage ist oft, dass Google hier 2 Versionen findet, einmal die Webadresse https://example.de/ und dann die Websadresse https://example.de/index.html mit dem gleichen Inhalt. Geben Sie der Homepage einen Canonical-Tag für https://example.de/index.html
Manchmal meldet die Search Console Fehler, auch wenn keine Fehler vorliegen.
Im Allgemeinen benötigen Sie kein Canonical-Tag, wenn Sie keine doppelten Seiten haben.
Wer sich den Stress mit Canonical-Tags ersparen möchte, sollte auf Seiten mit allzu ähnlichen Inhalten verzichten und die Auswahl Google überlassen.
Das ist meine persönliche Meinung dazu.

I try to change my url canonical as you precise to me, i.e: put my canonical url to my index page and delete it in my other pages.
I will wait the result from Search Console in few days.
