as Giancarlo mentioned, this can be changed in Step 1 - Settings ---> General Information ---> Content language.
Changes made here are applied to all projects, so if you plan to change this sentence only in a specific project, I would suggest creating a new language by copying the English one as a reference, by selecting it and pressing the highlighted button in the image, so that you can set this custom language only for a project.
