Hamburger menu when should be dropdown

I'm still having trouble with menu objects. Why am i getting hamburger menu when I should have a dropdown menu?
The first menu on the top left of the header area of the page should read "Uncured Silicone Rubber Products"
I set the text size to 9 and the width to 300 - should be pleanty of space...?
And then the rest of the items under that in the menu structure should show as a level menu??

If i set the width to 100, or 200, or 600 - the hamburger always shows
I tried to recreate the menu in a simplified manner.
I set width to 180 and gave menu more height so that the long menu text can be spread over 2 lines, see screenshot 2

THANK YOU - I was using the wrong level to set the menu at, and the wording could also be edited. So now it works fine. And I have to trust that the template view shows what is going on - just fiddle my adjustments till it works.
