Error following beta upgrade Website X5 pro 2.4.7

Following an Upgrade to revision 2.4.7, this error occur on all the project on openning them.
" An error occured while loading thje project"
[ An exception was thrown by the type initializers for NativeMagicNet ]
Need help please!

This error occured with upgrade whitin the application. I download again the latest version, installation, re enter my licence key and seem to be resolved with a fresh installation.
