I get this error in cartsearch directory
Hi After updating to version 2024.4.4 I get the following error ,404 - File or directory not found. I have old version files on the same server. I don't get errors with them
I mean, if there was a problem with my server, I would get errors in my other directories.

Hi, what version of PHP do you have on your hosting?

And cartsearch setting do not send database, i do send mail also not work
I'll start by saying that I don't know if this is your case, some functions with the new version of the website linked to the now obsolete PHP don't work, I advise you to check the version, it seems better, it's 8.2, some problems also arose with 8.3 but I repeat, I don't know if this is your case.

My PHP Version: 8.2.11
As I said, there is a membership registration form on this server. its work

I have a demo shop with Pro 2024.4.4 and the product search works there.
Demo shop >> https://findelinks.de/123shop-hosteurope/cartsearch/index.html
Maybe the Incomedia employees know where to look for possible errors.
Hello Gökhan,
I am sorry about the issue.
Are you using a Windows-based hosting space?
Some users with specific configurations on their Windows hostings have encounteres a similar issue, if this is the case for you, I recomment checking in with your provider to see whether there are restrictions on which file extensions can be correctly managed, and request, if necessary, that download of .hbs files is unlocked.
Eric
Addendum:
The product search page is displayed, but no products can be added to the shopping cart, neither in version 2024.4.4 nor in version 2024.4.5 (beta).

Hello,
were you able to check what I mentioned earlier?
"Hello Gökhan,

It seems that some hosting providers have configurations that do not consider the .hbs extension for files a standard extension and so do not support it by default, I would like to ascertain whether this is your situation as well.

I use windows based hosting, access to all files not locked, f the problem was where you said, I am asking to understand why it works in the previous version
Hello Gökhan,
version 2024.4 has had an overhaul regarding the cards of products and blog articles, and so this issue only emerged after this update, with hosting spaces with a configuration not including this extension.
I would suggest contacting your hosting provider to make sure of the situation, asking for additional details about the nature of the error in case the cause is different, even though the error looks to be the same.
You can also provide me with a copy of the project, so that I can check whether the Product Search works when the website is hosted elsewhere.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Let's go step by step. .hbs files "res > cardtemplates There are 12 .hbs files. “res” folder and sub-files with full permissions What else should I do?
Hello Gökhan,
you should not be checking the permissions of the .hbs files you have on your hosting, but rather check whether this extension is supported by your hosting configuration: it may be that, by default, this file extension has not been mapped on the server because it is deemed non-standard by your provider.
