Uploading to internet

After getting X5 update (2023.3.11) I canot upload my website to the internet server. Again. After previous update was the same problem.
I get message "reconnect TLS security mechanzm (421)"
What to do ?

Hello Bruno,
could you please check what settings you are using here in the FTP tab of the Parameters?
Is Passive FTP enabled and how many simultaneous connections are allowed?
