V8 Template to V9

I have built a website with X5 V8 using the template "surreal flower". I did not use one of the 4 built-in "versions" of the template but modified the color (using the slider at the bottom).
This template is not available in V9 anymore. How can I convert it (using the exact same color) to V9?
I tried to use copy the template from v8 and import the images into a custom template in v9, but these images do not have the "special" color I selected in V8?

Hi Markus,
please look into your project file, there you will find your template images. You will then have to add them in the custom template section as you did before. The images in your project file should have the correct color. Please let me know!
