Error while importing existing project in Website X5 Evo

When opening an existing project (working website) in my new Website X5 Evolution, I get the next massage and are unable to open the project. I have attached the exact error message to this post.
I asked a colleague to open in with his Website X5 pro version and he gets teh same issue.
Any idea how to solve this?

Is there a backup in IWZIP format?
Otherwise, wait for Incomedia staff, who are online during office hours. They might know what to do.
