Problem Adding Separator Between Cells

Sometimes when I create a new page and want to add a separator between cells, some cells do not have a space between them.
This limits my ability to present the page as I would like to for different resolutions, Why do some cells appear to be connected and won't allow a separator to be placed between them?
Am I doing something wrong? I remember reading something about this, but I can't find it.

you are referring to the line breaks set in the Responsive settings, rather than separators?
Could you provide additional details, for example screenshots of the layout you are using in the page and the row formats, and in the responsive settings?

Thank you for clarifying, I am referring to the Line Breaks. I have attached a screenshot with 2 red arrows pointing to where I can't insert a line break. This happens several times on other pages.

could you check the situation again after re-ordering these objects so that they are 6/7/8/9 instead of 8/7/6/9?

The template in an existing project can be changed.
To do this, open the desired template in WebSite X5 and export it as an IWTPL file. Then open your project and import the new template as an IWTPL file. See the instructions.
