Contacting support and previous version issue - Also lack of credits appearing

I have purchased X5 Evo. I am showing 0 credits. Is this because I have to purchase every credit? I understood there were some credits with purchase. I previously had X sortware - I am wondering if me previous account (with no credits) has been picked up. I was also thinking of upgrading to the PRO version because of the black friday pricing - but will this just leave me still with no credits and having to purchase even a basic templatge before making a site?

The Evo version already contains 100 free templates.
There are usually no credits included, but you can also do it without credits at first.
The Evo version has no shop and a limit of a maximum of 100 pages and a maximum of 100 blog posts per project, which should be enough for most websites for now.

When I go to use a template - it says this -
Even the small Go version has 50 free templates - see screenshot below - but a maximum of 10 pages, no blog and no shop, so only for very small websites.
The Pro version has 150 free templates, the number of pages and blog posts per project is not limited and there is an online shop.

That is the page (in my evo version where I am trying to use the templates) but when I click on them I get the message about buying the template. They are all differeent pricing - many are more than the 16 credits asked for here. This is why I think it may have messed up my install / registering with the previous X version

Ahhhh.... maybe this explains it more - just in the fields I am looking to use there arent many free templates.
This and previous screenshots are from the Pro version.

Consider dividing the templates into categories only as a suggestion, as the templates are basically suitable for almost all types of websites by swapping the images.
