I plan to create a news page. Visitors can subscribe for news received via email.
I need to create an unsubscribe button from the news list.

The easiest way is to use a newsletter provider, which also includes registration and administration as well as user unsubscription.
The newsletter providers also have free plans for users who do not send large amounts of newsletters per month.
